We're proud to announce that Combat Girl has been released in French theaters by UFO Distribution. David Wnendt's first feature film about Marisa a girl in the Neo-Nazi scene, is screened in 19 cinemas starting March 27th.

We're proud to announce or new cooperation with Austrian producer Fischer Film, adding some archive titles by Kurt Palm to our collection. Austrian Humor is sometimes quirky, mostly satiric, often shocking, in some cases witty, but Austrian Humor is always KURT PALM!

EastWest latest acquisition: Animation movies

We're happy to announce a new co-operation agreement with UK’s Evergreen Entertainment, allowing us to add animated movies to our film catalogue. Three of the new titles target families and kids and are productions from Hungary in the case of "Micropolis” and “The Wheelers" and India/Canada in the case of "Krazzy Planet".

CHATRAK to be released in France.

The third film directed by Vimukthi Jayasundara (also known as MUSHROOMS), official selection in Cannes Directors' Fortnight, will be released in France on February 6th 2012 by Equation.

CORRIDOR to be released in Germany and Austria

The thriller directed by Johan Lundborg & Johan Storm (also known as ISOLERAD) is going to be released in Germany January 31st by Barnsteiner and in Austria February 8th by Filmladen.

Metropolis Prize 2012

The Metropolis Prize has been presented for the second time by the Federal Directors Association in Germany and two of our movies were successful.

Charly Hübner (The Good Neighbour) was named best actor and David Wnendt (Combat Girls) was awarded in the category "Best Young Director"!

The Good Neighbour wins in Malaga

We are very proud to announce that our thriller "The Good Neighbour" has been awarded twice at the Fancine Film Festival in Malaga. Stephan Rick and Silja Clemens won in the category "Best Script" and Charly Hübner received the prize as "Best Actor". Congratulations to the whole production team!

RAMMBOCK to have its US TV premiere

The zombie flick, also known as BERLIN UNDEAD will have its North American TV premiere on Chiller, the horror channel, on Sept 14th at 9pm.

HAROLD'S GOING STIFF to be released in the UK

The Zombie comedy directed by Keith Wright will have its theatrical release in the UK on the 6th of August. "One of the coolest film this year" according to totalfilm.com

EastWest's latest project: The Silent Mountain

EastWest is proud to present our new project currently shot in South Tyrol. Directed by Ernst Gossner (South of Pico) and produced by Heinz Stussak (Revanche) the story is set around Anderl (William Moseley) who falls in love with Francesca (Eugenia Costantini) when Italy declares war on Austria. Part of the cast is as well legend Claudia Cardinale.
